Virtual Conference During Annual Conference

Note from Tina Coleman @ ALA:

I’m not sure what your final plans are for attending ALA Annual Conference this week, but I wanted to make sure you knew about the Virtual Conference we’re holding next Monday and Tuesday, July 13 and 14.  It is the best option – if you can’t be there in person – for connecting with great programs and other attendees.

We have ten excellent programs presented in real-time over two days in the Virtual Conference.  These programs were selected from offerings at Annual and are among the most interesting and relevant to libraries of all types.  Participating in this online setting allows you to directly interact with presenters from Chicago and other session attendees from around the world.

To review the programs and to reserve your seat for two days of high quality library continuing education, visit the Virtual Conference wiki.    Registration starts at $120 for student members and $215 for ALA Members.
